Select Drink Type: First select the type (Cask, Keg etc.) from the dropdown at the top.
By Drink ID: EITHER enter the drink ID number in the “Drink ID” field. The system will
automatically look up the drink after you stop typing (IDs range from the minimum to maximum shown in the
placeholder).
By Drink Name: OR start typing in the “Drink name” field to see suggestions. Select from the
dropdown list.
Updating Status
Current Status: Once a drink is selected, you’ll see its current status displayed with a
coloured badge:
Green: Available
Amber: Coming Soon
Red: Sold Out
New Status: Select the new status from the “New status” dropdown. The update button will
only become active if you select a different status than the current one.
Update: Click “Update status” to save the change. The confirmation panel on the right will
show your update with a timestamp.
Tips
• The system prevents updating to the same status — you’ll see an error message if you try.
• Invalid or out-of-range drink IDs will show an error message.
• Your last update is always visible in the “Last update” panel for reference.
