Sponsorship Opportunities

York branch of CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) is pleased to announce that the York Beer & Cider Festival will again take place at St. Lawrence Church, York YO10 3WP, from Wednesday 16 to Saturday 19 September 2026.

We are expecting over 3,500 attendees and will be serving over 200 different beers and ciders from Yorkshire, UK and European breweries, a mix of quality cask and keg beers – Yorkshire’s biggest and best beer festival!

We hope that you can support our festival and, by doing so, help us to promote your business. We are offering a range of sponsorship opportunities across a wide range of prices as below, available on a “first come, first served” basis:

Souvenir Pint Glasses – £800+VAT – get your logo on 800 Pint glasses (up to 5 colours)– your logo will have a life well beyond the festival as people take their glasses home or to their workplaces. Up to 6 free tickets for ANY DAY OF THE FESTIVAL* – each get a free glass and 4 half pint tokens. * already taken *
Souvenir Goblets – £1,200+VAT – get your logo on 1,500 Goblets / Mencia Tumblers (up to 5 colours)– your logo will have a life well beyond the festival as people take their glasses home or to their workplaces. Up to 6 free tickets for ANY DAY OF THE FESTIVAL* – each get a free glass and 4 half pint tokens. * already taken *
Beer Mats – £1,000+VAT- 10,000 beer mats with the festival logo on one side and your logo on the other, distributed to over 200 pubs across the York area to advertise the festival. Or produce yourself and feel free to increase the order for your own use. Up to 6 free tickets for ANY DAY OF THE FESTIVAL* – each get a free glass and 4 half pint tokens. * already taken *
Advance Tickets – £800+VAT – Over 3,000 customers will see your name / logo when booking and when downloaded to phone or printed. Your message and logo can include discount vouchers / QR codes. Up to 6 free tickets for ANY DAY OF THE FESTIVAL* – each get a free glass and 4 half pint tokens.
Wristbands for 2 years – £600+VAT – Over 3,000 customers wear these while attending, and we expect to use the same sponsored wristbands again in 2027. Your logo on each wristband. Up to 4 free tickets for ANY DAY OF THE FESTIVAL* – each get a free glass and 4 half pint tokens.
Cycle Park – £250+VAT – Display up to 3 of your banners on the fences in our popular festival cycle park. Up to 4 free tickets for ANY DAY OF THE FESTIVAL* – each get 2 half pint tokens.
Volunteers and Public (“for sale”) T-shirts – £250+VAT– display your name/logo on the back of over 200 festival T-shirts, worn by festival staff throughout the festival and on sale to the general public. Up to 8 spaces altogether. Up to 4 free tickets for ANY DAY OF THE FESTIVAL* – each get 2 half pint tokens.
Banners – £150+VAT– display your banner at the festival (approx. 2.5m x 0.7m; larger banners on request), subject to available spaces. You may request a preferred area for display (cask beer, cider, wine, membership, tombola, marquee, etc.). Several available – can be paid for as 60 cans or bottles. Up to 4 free tickets for ANY DAY OF THE FESTIVAL*
Sponsor a cask – £100+VAT – get your name / logo on a cask of quality beer (you choose which beer once list available). Up to 4 free tickets for ANY DAY OF THE FESTIVAL*

ALL sponsors will be listed in the festival programme provided free to customers and on a dedicated page on the Festival website. *Sponsors should state which day their party will attend the Festival, to receive the correct tickets. This includes the exclusive Trade Session on Wednesday 16 September, which begins at 1pm (before CAMRA and Public ticket holders can attend) – attendees can then stay until closing time.

All sponsorship must be paid for BY FRIDAY 24 JULY 2026 (sooner for Glasses, Beer Mats, Tickets).
