Turning the venue into York CAMRA's 2023 festival...........

Wednesday evening 6 September - Pews cleared in around an hour - thanks to our volunteers

Thursday 7 September - Floors protected and main equipment delivered

Friday 8 September - All cask beer racked and on cooling

Saturday 9 September - bars mainly in place and time now to relax until Sunday

Sunday 10 September - keg bar setup in place along with church hall for cider/perry, wine and tombola PLUS seating

We have plenty of toilets including some posh ones!

Monday 11 September - a deal of tidying up, pew seating in position and in the gathering dusk we have a well lit venue for us to enjoy the evening sessions.

Tuesday 12 September - light show, , souvenir goblets, marquee to shelter from today's rain (Thx to Brew York) (there will be furniture in it when we are open)
