York branch of CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) is pleased to announce that the York Beer & Cider Festival will again take place at St. Lawrence Church from Wednesday 18th to Saturday 21st September 2024.

We are able to offer a number of sponsorship opportunities across a wide range of prices. The following options are available, all of which are on a "first come, first served” basis:

1. Glasses - £1500+VAT – have your logo on 2300 souvenir Pint glasses (up to 5 colours) – your logo will have a life well past the end of the festival as people take them home or to their workplaces.

2. Beer Mats - £800+VAT10,000 beer mats with the festival logo on one side and your logo on the other, distributed to over 200 pubs across the York area to advertise the festival. Or produce yourself and feel free to increase the order for your own use.

3. Advance tickets - £800+VAT – Over 3,000 customers will see these when booking and when downloaded to phone or printed. You decide your message and logo which can include discount vouchers / QR codes.

4. Church Hall - £500 +VAT – Have your banner/leaflets/display etc. for the length of the festival.

5. Wristbands - £500+VAT – Over 3,000 customers wear these while attending.

6. Volunteers/Managers T-shirts - £200+VAT - display your name/brand/logo on the back of approximately 150 festival T-shirts which will be worn by our staff for the duration of the festival and also sold to the general public (up to 6 available or £1000 exclusive).

7. Cycle park - £200+VAT - display up to 3 of your banners on the fence in our cycle park.

8. Banners - £100+VAT - display your banner at the festival (approx. 2.5m x 0.7m; larger banners on request), subject to available spaces. You may request a preferred area for display (cask beer, cider, wine, membership, tombola, marquee). (Up to 14 available and could be paid for as 48 cans or bottles – details on application).

9. Sponsor a cask - £100+VAT – up to 4 free tickets for the trade session and beer tokens for x4 free pints on Wednesday 18th September. If you wish you can choose to sponsor specific beer/s from our list when available. ALL sponsors will be listed in the festival programme provided free to customers and on a dedicated page on the 2024 festival website when launched in July and invited to our exclusive Trade Session

The festival opens with the trade session from 1pm onwards on Wednesday 18th September. Admission to the trade session is free and by invitation only - to sponsors, breweries, licensees and others in the trade - but please remember to bring your ticket/s for scanning. We also open to CAMRA members at 3pm, and the public at 5pm.

Please note that all sponsorship needs to be paid for BY MONDAY 19th AUGUST.

We are expecting over 3500 attendees and will have over 160 different beers from a large selection of breweries. We will again be serving Yorkshire breweries, particularly those within 25 miles of York. These will be complemented by a wide range of the best ales and kegs from around the UK.
